LOT 1: Revenues & Benefits Core Processing System to: — Council Tax administration, collection, recovery and enforcement, — National non-domestic rates (Business Rates) administration, collection, recovery and enforcement, — Administration of Business Improvement Districts, — Collection of residual Community Charge, — Administration of Housing Benefit (HB) & Council Tax Support (CTS), — Collection and recovery of Housing Benefit overpayments, — Administration of Free School Meals, — Administration of Discretionary Housing Payments (DHP). LOT 2: Revenues and Benefits Electronic Document & Records Management (EDRM) & Workflow System. A Revenues and Benefits EDRM and Workflow System that will support the core processing functions described in Lot 1 above. In addition the Council requires any EDRM and Workflow solution to facilitate other functions that sit outside benefits administration and local taxation. E.g. Financial Assessment. A Revenues and Benefits Core Processing System that will facilitate: — Council Tax administration, collection, recovery and enforcement, — National Non-Domestic Rates (Business Rates) administration, collection, recovery and enforcement, — Administration of Business Improvement Districts, — Collection of residual Community Charge, — Administration of Housing Benefit (HB) and Council Tax Support (CTS), — Collection and recovery of Housing Benefit overpayments, — Administration of Free School Meals, — Administration of Discretionary Housing Payments (DHP), — Administration of Cashiering and Banking Services including the receipt, allocation and reconciliation of customer’s payments to Liverpool City Council. A Revenues and Benefits EDRM and Workflow System that will support the core processing functions described in Lot 1 above. In addition the Council requires any EDRM and Workflow solution to facilitate other functions that sit outside benefits administration and local taxation. E.g. Financial Assessment.
