Tender description
Derbyshire County Council (Adult Care) is preparing to procure Housing Related Support - Floating Support for Older Adults and Adults with a Physical Disability including a 24/7 Falls Recovery Service that will be delivered across Derbyshire (excluding Derby City) The service will provide floating housing related support and will be designed to support Clients to maintain and develop maximum levels of independence. Information is being gathered in order to ensure any future services are well designed, efficient, effective, delivering value for money and meeting client’s needs and outcomes. This Soft Market Testing exercise is to determine the capacity of the market to supply the service and the level of interest in any future procurement.
