This service is for the provision of education with or without residential provision as required for referred child or young persons who present special educational needs and disabilities. It is anticipated that the project will develop a framework of providers and provide opportunity for new provider to join the framework and to ensure capacity to manage fluctuations in demand and capacity across the participating member authorities.
