Tender description

This project consists of major works to the elevations of this row of low rise maisonettes. The work will include (but is not limited to): Removing and renewing upvc gutters Removing and renewing downpipes and hoppers, where applicable Removal of old and replacing fascia board, where rotted Cleaning of upvc window frames Cleaning of brickwork at ground level Re-pointing where necessary Washing down and cleaning façade where heavily stained Take up and relay approx. 27 concrete paving slabs Provide and install metal handrails to steps Painting of some wooden doors Removal of growing vegetation Access equipment to be provided by the contractor Contractor is the Principle Contractor on site and must follow all CDM rules and regulations. A site visit is highly recommended as the property rear is garages on the ground floor and access is poor.
