NEUPC is aiming to establish a new framework agreement for the provision of roofing, roofing maintenance, and other associated activities for (predominantly) higher education institutions in the North, North East, and Midlands of England. Expenditure analysis indicates that this activity could be worth up to £ 4 500 000 net per annum but this is a guaranteed value. This framework agreement is intended to be let to Roofing, and Roof Maintenance companies that operate in the North of the NEUPC's membership region. Indicatively this should be taken to mean UK postcode areas NE, DH, DL, and TS. Description of procurement: This framework agreement is intended to be let to roofing, and roof maintenance companies that operate in the East and Humberside region of the NEUPC's membership. Indicatively this should be taken to mean UK postcode areas YO, HU, and DN. This framework agreement is intended to be let to roofing, and roof maintenance companies that operate in the West Yorkshire region of the NEUPC's membership. Indicatively this should be taken to mean UK postcode areas HG, LS, WF, S, HD, BD. This framework agreement is intended to be let to roofing, and roof maintenance companies that operate in the more 'Southerly' region of the NEUPC's membership, including the East Midlands, Midlands, and Lincolnshire. Indicatively this should be taken to mean UK postcode areas LN, NG, DE, LE, NN, PE, CV, B.
