Red One Non Executive Appointment

Tender description

To locate and appoint a Chair and (optional) Non-executive Director to the Red One Board. Red One Ltd is a trading company of Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Authority. Evaluation of the current Board of Red One Ltd and the production of a gap analysis and recommendation report on the board structure and governance. Following the board review the intention is for the development of a Chair person specification (informed by the board analysis) and the recruitment of an independent Chair of the Board through a search and selection process. The Authority acknowledge that following the gap analysis and recommendation on board structure and governance this may also lead to the requirement for supporting further appointments to Non-Executive Director positions from the successful contractor.
