Tender description

Please quote to supply the Shrewsbury & Telford hospital NHS Trust for an 18m contract from January 2018. Please quote to supply the products listed - any alternative products will have to be agreed by a monthly committee following quality assessment of FREE samples. Quantities stated are approx. PA based on historical usage & will be ordered as & when required during the period. Prices stated to be FIXED for the 18 MONTH CONTRACT PERIOD. Please Note - Terms if Reference and NHS Terms & Conditions which would govern any agreement following this exercise. Prices offered will be benchmarked using NHS Improvement PPIB tool to ensure we pay the best price.
