Tender description
The objective of this project is for a formal review and gap analysis to be completed for the documentation, polices, schematics and processes we have created as part of our transition and provide a detailed report to capture and identify gaps and offer guidance on areas of improvement or additional requirement needed. The key tasks include an independent external supplier to work with the individuals who created and maintain our documentation and procedures, completing a formal onsite review at ORR’s head office involving individual and group analysis and review. All required documentation and access will be provided to the identified supplier to assist with the review.
