We are seeking to issue a Contract to provide a full and comprehensive Organisational Development (OD) and Payroll System. The Contract will be awarded for a period of 5 years, with an option to extend for a further 5 x 1 year periods, to a single Supplier. The organisation has achieved its key goals that were agreed at the time of its creation and is now entering a new phase in its development through the delivery of a new Corporate Plan. Plans include identification of more efficient and robust processes including a self-service facility to provide the best possible customer experience and to provide solutions which make it as easy as possible for customers and staff to interact with us. In addition, the expansion of agile working has been a priority and a great success for the organisation as we now have as many mobile devices as desktop computers, which are anticipated to continue to grow. Scope: Replacement of current multiple systems and tools in use for core HR data, absence management, HR reporting, training management, recruitment, induction, performance management, employee learning, employee engagement, declarations of interest, payroll etc. Add new critical functionalities around self-service, mobile access, workforce analytics, and succession management.
