Tender description

Orbit is looking to procure Legionella Risk Assessments from a high quality provider that will deliver a service that is demonstrably focused around the needs of Orbit. Tenderers are requested to study this specification document in detail and ensure that the specified requirements can be met that are stated within the document and thus your understanding of our requirements is reflected in your pricing document. The contract for the provision of the service is expected to commence in the spring of 2018 the exact dates to be agreed depending on the agreement between the successful provider and Orbit. Orbit wish to secure efficiencies and economies of scale by means of a procurement exercise for meeting the requirements detailed within this documentation, achieved through the Most Economical Advantageous Tender submitted. The Contract will be awarded for an initial period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years (on a 1 + 1 basis) based on acceptable performance. The Client would prefer that the successful Service Provider will be UKAS accredited to ISO/IEC 17020 or proven equivalent standard. Keywords: Legionella, Testing, Water
