The Council is seeking to identify potential placements in CQC registered nursing homes for a number of individuals with complex needs, ideally located within or close proximity to Cheshire East. The attached service user overviews outline the specific needs of individuals and we would be pleased to hear from services that can meet any/all of the needs of these service users as described in these overviews Keywords: Complex Needs, Neurological Needs, Physical Disabilities
