Market Research and Consumer Data for the UK and Global Food and Drink Industry

Tender description

The Authority is looking for suppliers for Market Research and Consumer Data for the United Kingdom (UK) and Global Food and Drink Industry and the provision of analyst assistance in assessing the potential for increasing UK exports to specified countries. The Authority has an ongoing requirement for detailed market research and consumer data covering the main sectors of the UK and Global food and drink industry, survey polling data on consumer attitudes to British produced food, and company financial data. The data is also used by the Authority’s staff embedded within the food and drink export promotion and investment team in the Department for International Trade (DIT) and the Authority’s Food and Agriculture Counsellor in Beijing, China. 1.8 On conclusion of the Tender the Authority intends to award three Contracts: • Lot 1: The provision of UK food and drink reports, consumer polling data, and new product launches data. • Lot 2: Global food and drink market intelligence reports and data, including data on ethical labelling. • Lot 3: The provision of detailed company financial information on food and drink companies in the UK and the Republic of Ireland. Tenderers are permitted to submit a tender for one or more of the Contracts. Tenderers are required to submit separate technical and commercial responses for each Contract the Tenderer is bidding for as these will be specific to each Lot.
