ITT for the Provision of Base of Beach Field Trial of Passive Seismometer Technique Tender Close Date : 12.00 NOON, WEDNESDAY 24 JANUARY 2018 A reconnaissance trial of a portable, non-invasive, passive seismometer has indicated that the technique can provide indicative beach thickness and variability in beach composition, together with significant vertical and lateral variations in superficial deposits and bedrock geology.
