Tender description

The Borough Council of Bolton (“the Authority”) is prepared to receive tenders for combined liability, engineering insurance and inspections, motor, minibus (all incorporating claims handling) — excluding Broker services which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. The required contract has been divided into the following 4 Lots: Lot 1 – Combined liability: Public /products, employer liability, professional negligence, officials indemnity, medical malpractice and claims handling, Lot 2 — Engineering inspection and insurance and claims handling. Lot 3 — Motor and claims handling. Lot 4 — Minibus and claims handling. Combined Liability: Public/products, employer liability, professional negligence, officials indemnity, medical malpractice and claims handling.
