This prior information notice is to notify potential suppliers of a number of meet the buyer events which are taking place in early 2018. The Authority wishes to redesign and commission some of its existing services to create a new integrated 0-19 years’ Service for Children, Young People & Families in Torbay, from April 2019. Current services included are: — Health Visiting, — School Nursing, — National Child Measurement Programme, — Children’s Centres, — Early Help Co-ordination, — Team around Family Co-ordination, — Family Intervention Team, — Young People’s Substance Misuse Service, — Advocacy & Independent Visitors Service, and, — Missing & Return Home Interview Service. The Authority wants to explore a model that delivers these services altogether through ‘Family Hubs’, delivering holistic, early intervention to Children, Young People and Families. Further details on the requirements are included in Appendices 1, 2 & 3.
