Tender description

Suffolk County Council is preparing to procure it’s healthy child services. These services currently include health visiting, school nursing and family nurse partnership. The service will ensure delivery of the healthy child Services across Suffolk for children, young people and their families (aged 0 – 19 years) and up to the age of 25 years for young people with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). The service will support families to ensure that their children grow up to be healthy, safe and able to achieve their potential. A key objective of this service is to respond to the needs of children, young people and families earlier to enable them to be resilient and to reduce the need for more costly interventions.
