In order to gain further market intelligence on the proposed APMS contract for West Lancashire. NHS England (North) is publishing a Request for Information Documentation. The information gained from this exercise will help guide the upcoming procurement process. North of England Commissioning Support Unit is working for and on behalf of NHS England North (Lancashire & South Cumbria) and is publishing a Request for Information (RFI) to gain an understanding of the market’s views regarding an Alternative Provider Medical Service. These services are currently being delivered from Tarleton Health Centre, Gorse Lane, Tarleton, Lancashire PR4 6UJ an estates options appraisal is currently being undertaken to identify any available and affordable sites. NECS is utilizing an electronic tendering tool to manage this market engagement and communicate with providers. There will be no hard copy documents issued to potential providers and all communication with NECS, including your submission will be conducted via the portal at https://www.proactisplaza.com/SupplierPortal/?CID=NECS hosted by PROACTIS. The deadline for responding to the Request for Information is 12:00 on the 19th January 2018.
