Tender description

This is an award notice following conclusion of a recent tender. University of Chester is seeking to appoint an external audit service for a period of 5 years with an option to extend for up to two further periods of 12 months each, subject to satisfactory performance and the University's needs. Candidates must be able to comply with the Higher Education Funding Council England (HEFCE) Memorandum of Assurance and Accountability set out in the Audit Code of Practice between HEFCE and institutions and the HEFCE Model Terms of Reference. All candidates must be Chartered Accountants and registered Statutory Auditors. Further details are provided within the procurement documents.
