The University is seeking a mechanical and electrical engineer that can evidence the following: Undertaking the role of master engineer/client's term advisor pre-development works. That is to say: 1) Undertaking full site infrastructure investigations and surveys in the knowledge of a pending development. 2) Preparing the infrastructure for a development. 3) Preparing, managing and making available to potential development teams the client's infrastructure plans. 4) Undertaking remedial works in preparation for the works and preparing a programme of such 5) Advising the client on capacity issues in relation to the development. The Consultant also to show evidence of working within a University environment and advising the Client on energy matters.
