Tender description
Winchester City Council wishes to commission the development of a ULEV strategy. The strategy will address the requirements of these vehicles in relation to the provision of both public off street and on street vehicle infrastructure , including charging points in Winchester city itself and the rest of the district to meet current and projected future demand. The Council also wishes to explore whether there are commercial opportunities in relation to offering charging points to vehicles en-route to other destinations (through traffic) The study should be evidence-based and reflect the latest and likely future technological options needed to support the up-take and use of ULEVs Keywords: Environment, Vehicles, Electric Vehicles
