Tender description
The reason for launching the Negotiated Procedure Without Prior Publication on the grounds of extreme urgency is to secure business continuity for a critical service during extended timescales for multiple repairs works to the council’s permanent cremator, by the hire of temporary cremator equipment. The Council has identified what it believes is the only supplier available and capable of providing the required equipment in the timescales. The Council will negotiate with this supplier to agree to the terms of the hire.
