Tender description

The scope includes but not limited to provision of: — Legionella risk assessments, servicing activities, monitoring, control and maintenance services in order to manage Legionella bacteria and overall hygiene in water systems, — The reports of the findings from the full Legionella risk assessments identifying problematic areas or potential sources of risk and making recommendations for the remedial work, — Maintenance, supply and installation of TMVs to prevent scalding to vulnerable customers, — Service reports and maintenance of up-to-date records of services and works, — Refresher training to client's personnel, — Reactive work and services.
