Boiler and Heating Pipework Replacement - Southwood Road Central Bedfordshire Council is looking for an experienced and qualified contractor to carry out Boiler and Heating Pipework Distribution Replacement at our housing property in Southwood Road, Dunstable. Works include the removal and replacement of heating boilers, flues, insulation, control panel, circulation pumps, control and isolation valves, together with pipework. We are seeking a contractor who can display a high level of customer care for our residents while providing an efficient and effective service. It is intended that work will start in January 2018 and take 8 weeks to complete. Please note the tender return date of Friday 5th January 2018. Questions asked, together with the response, will be made available to all firms quoting, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all. Deadline for Expressions of Interest and availability of downloading documents is Thursday 21st December 2017. Completed tenders and attachments should be submitted electronically, by the due date via out 'In-Tend' electronic tendering system. Tenders must be uploaded via the 'My Return' section of the system. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered. Your tender must be submitted via the 'In-Tend' system no later than 12 noon on Friday 5th January 2018.
