Tender description

The Contract will comprise undertaking facilities management services including mechanical and electrical engineering services, repairs and maintenance of building fabric, maintenance of fire detection, security systems and access controls. The contract is divided into lots. The proposed contract duration is up to 10 years. This PIN seeks to establish the market interest and capability to undertake the required services with applicants required to complete a short survey as further detailed in this notice. Lot 1: comprises the undertaking of planned maintenance, servicing and repairs to the Authority's mechanical assets within the Authority's Corporate Property Asset portfolio. Typically, this comprises servicing and maintenance of commercial heating systems, air conditioning, ventilation, hot and cold water supplies. Applicants will be required to work on a mixed portfolio including listed buildings. Lot 2: comprises the undertaking of planned maintenance and repairs to the building fabric of the Authority's Corporate Property Asset portfolio. This typically comprises day to day repairs and maintenance and planned maintenance of the building fabric, cyclical repairs and decorations. Applicants will be required to work on a mixed portfolio including listed buildings. Lot 3: comprises the undertaking of planned maintenance, servicing and repairs to the Authority's electrical systems including lighting, emergency lighting and PAT testing, security systems, fire alarms and access control systems within the Authority's Corporate Property Asset portfolio. Applicants will be required to work on a mixed portfolio including listed buildings.
