Tender description

The appointment of suitably qualified architects to deliver our new affordable housing & regeneration programme and achieve our zero energy homes targets. Framework agreement for the provision of Architectural Services for selected new housing developments commissioned by Caledonia, Cordale or Bellsmyre Housing Associations and any of their subsidiaries where the Architect’s appointment falls within the period set out in section 4.2 of the contract documents.
