AHDB HQ Office and window cleaning requirements

Tender description

To procure a single provider for our office and window cleaning requirements, on a daily basis Monday - Friday, 52 weeks a year excluding public holidays. Core requirements are daily, with ad-hoc activities on a weekly/monthly basis.  The successful supplier shall be responsible for the efficient performance of the contract and for the good conduct of their employees whenever they carry out cleaning works within the building.  The supplier shall maintain a sufficient number of cleaners' at all specific times to properly fulfil their obligations under this tender.  The tenderer must have processes in place to ensure that the service provided to AHDB is of the highest standard at all times.  All machinery (vacuum cleaners, floor buffers/polishers) and cleaning materials must be provided by the successful tender. The materials used must be the most cost effective ones available
