Tender description
Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust (TSDFT) and Torbay Council are inviting Providers to apply for the provision of Supported Living (1:1 hours) services in Torbay. TSDFT is running an Any Qualified Provider (AQP) process, whereby any Provider who passes the evaluation steps outlined within the Application Pack will be awarded a place on the AQP.
