Provision of a Tenants Home Contents Insurance Scheme administered by the Council through their ALMO partners, East Kent Housing. The scheme take-up is voluntary for our tenants and at this stage approximately 13.3% of tenant take advantage of the scheme out of approximately 3,400 properties.
