Norfolk County Council is seeking the provision of a targeted service that supports young people in Norfolk aged 13 - 19 to successfully engage in Positive Activities that contribute to preventing their trajectories into requiring statutory intervention. We are seeking a provider that can evidence a track record of working with the target age range, as individuals, in groups and in priority local areas and who can demonstrate that they have evidence of enabling targeted young people to achieve positive outcomes.
