Tender description
The States of Jersey have undertaken, and continue to progress, significant legislative reform in mental health and capacity matters. Legislation will put in place statutory requirements for the provision of independent advocacy services: Independent Capacity Advocacy (ICA) and Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA) In order to fulfil the requirements of the Mental Health (Jersey) Law 2016 and the Capacity and Self-Determination (Jersey) Law 2016, independent advocacy services are required.
