The objectives of this exercise are to: — prevent unachievable projects from reaching official journal of the European Union (OJEU) stage, — gain initial supplier awareness, engagement, and opinion, resulting in a confidence in the visibility of concept, — gain insight into the market possibilities and potential innovative solutions, — understand risks and issues not previously considered, — gain initial supplier awareness, engagement and opinion, and, — inform the procurement strategy.
