Tender description

The purpose of this tender is to secure an accredited utility service provider from the competitive industry to provide gas, water and electricity reinforcement and diversions utility services for the Clapham Park Masterplan for Metropolitan Housing Trust. All onsite and offsite water infrastructure up to and including supplies to each building plus fire hydrants and meters to units. All onsite and offset gas infrastructure up to and including supplies to each energy centre and retail unit supplies. All onsite and offsite electricity infrastructure up to and including each meter position. To manage and coordinate diversions for all required utilities and infrastructure. As per Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4.
