There is a strong and clear ambition in Salford to enable people to remain living independently in their homes for as long as possible. The Home Care Service in Salford will ensure that people have timely access to high quality home care which is person-centred and focussed on meeting assessed needs and identified outcomes. The Home Care Service will operate within a five (5) neighbourhood model with the intention that Providers will develop knowledge of the local community and its assets.
