Tender description

Team Leidos would like to make interested suppliers aware that it intends to tender some of its pharmaceutical requirement in the early part of 2018, with a view to awarding 1 or more Contracts that will commence during 2018 for a period of up to 4 years. The requirement consists of 29 various lines of pharmaceutical products. The main part of this requirement is to: — Supply all or some product lines into to a single point of delivery, — Ensure all GDP guidelines are adhered to. A draft list of items can be obtained by sending an email request to the contact specified in this bulletin. Team Leidos wishes to stimulate interest, information and views across the market for the completion of this requirement via this Request for Information (RFI) together with other companies whom Leidos believes may be able to provide useful intelligence on our requirement. Please do not provide pricing, we are only interested to know which products, if any, you are able to supply and whether you have the equivalent brand(s) available. Team Leidos is seeking information/views and would be grateful if you could answer the following questions: • Does your organisation currently cover this scope of work in the UK? • Are you currently providing these products elsewhere in the Public Sector? (If so please detail where possible). • Are you the manufacturer or a distributor of these products? Interested parties are invited to provide information regarding the ‘Information Requested’ and details on your company/organisation (Company name, address, website, company’s house registration number and point of contact) in writing to the specified email address before 12:00 on 5 January 2018. The information is requested to be succinct and concise as possible and should extend to bullet-pointed responses only against and in line with question set; for the purpose of this exercise, no publicity material should be included within the response. The results and analysis of this RFI shall not constitute any form of pre-qualification exercise and any formal procurement process will be undertaken in accordance with EU Procurement Law. Nothing in this RFI, or any other engagements with Industry prior to a formal procurement process, shall be construed as a representation as to Leidos ultimate decision in relation to the future requirement. The publication of this RFI and associated documents in no way commits Leidos to pursue any tender process for the requirement. Please note that by issuing this notice at this stage Team Leidos is NOT seeking expressions of interest or bids against this requirement.
