Tender description

Applicants are invited to bid for the Smokefree Families Contract in Stoke on Trent. The Provider will be required to deliver three elements of the Smokefree Families Programme as one holistic service. The three distinct elements of the Service are A. Brief advice and referral training B. Stop Smoking in Pregnancy Service C. Smokefree Homes Service For the purposes of clarity and to avoid unnecessary duplication, details of each discrete service will be outlined in an individual specification.
