The responsibility for the provision of schools meals is delegated to the Governing Board of Langland Community School. The school is committed to providing a high quality, nutritious catering service to its pupils which meets both their needs and aspirations. This specification sets out the nature of the services to be provided. Where quality standards are set out, they are the minimum acceptable level to be achieved on a consistent basis. The provision of the service must demonstrate a best value approach and be flexible in its delivery and operation to ensure that the needs and ethos of individual schools are supported.
