Tender description

Supply of hemofiltration equipment and consumables, including installation and maintenance of the equipment. The framework agreement is split into 2 lots: — Lot 1: Hemofiltration Equipment and Consumables, — Lot 2: Hemofiltration Equipment and Consumables Committed Spend. The duration of the framework agreement will be 4 years maximum, 2 years initial period with the option to extend for up to 24 months. The objective of Lot 1 is to award a multi-supplier based framework for the supply of hemofiltration equipment and consumables, including the installation and maintenance of the equipment. Hemofiltration equipment and consumables, including installation and maintenance of the equipment accessed. Tenders will be invited to provide additional discount in return for annual overall spend commitment from one or more Contracting Authorities, who wish to contractually commit to purchasing a particular value and/or volume. This lot will be evaluated and awarded on a mini-competition basis. Tenderers will be required to submit offers at a mini-competition stage.
