The purpose of this framework is to construct a pool of expertise that can be used to support the Insight team in the delivery of Jisc’s research and development projects. Jisc are seeking market research agencies with specific experience and expertise in the ed-tech sector. Please see further detail below. Please Note: Jisc offices will be closed from midday on Friday 22 December to 2.1.2018. During this time no enquiries will be answered. Any enquiries submitted during this time will be answered after 2 January. The purpose of this Lot is to complete focused pieces of market research to understand the potential of enhancements to existing technology based services under development or ideas for new services. The purpose of this Lot is to gather market research in order to understand member usage and attitudes, optimising communications and tracking of perception, satisfaction and brand. The purpose of this Lot is to gather market research into member journey life cycles, service design and UX (User experience). This may include UX testing and optimisation of digital and online member journeys. The purpose of this Lot is to undertake market research to test market opportunities of new and existing technology based products and services in International markets, primarily Europe and US but not exclusively.
