Framework agreement for the provision of low and mid tech medicines homecare services to patients in Wales. Services are to be provided in line with the Royal Pharmaceutical Society for professional standards for homecare. Delivery of low tech medicines homecare services from a registered GPhc Pharmacy. this will involve dispensing and delivering a range of medicines with the option to deliver ancillaries, remove waste product. Delivery of mid tech medicines homecare services from a registered GPhc Pharmacy. This will involve dispensing and delivering a range of medicines with the option to deliver ancillaries, remove waste product, provision of a fridge.
