Tender description
Suffolk County Council, are currently reviewing how it will meet the future needs of customers who increasingly want to be supported to stay in their own homes. We want to consider how we manage supply, quality and choice of home care and support services (domiciliary care) for the County from Autumn 2019. We want to co-create, how we plan care and deliver homecare, maximise technology and develop a strong and balanced workforce that reflects our communities. We are looking to engage with providers to help us shape what future services, contract models/processes might look like in the future.
