The Council would like to secure the provision of an efficient and effective single supplier of a ‘mailing fulfilmentservice to the Council which manages data and print’. The purpose of this lot is to maximise postage discountsthat may be available and manage the process in a professional manner that delivers maximum benefits to boththe Council and its Customers. This would include, but not be limited to, Daily and Annual Council Tax bills,Business rates bills and Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support notification letters.
