Tender description

The Council currently utilizes a revenues and benefits system (Advantage) provided by Capita plc. The Council is currently in the process of commencing a new procurement exercise to replace the Advantage system. This process including implementation and associated activities are expected to take 3 years through this, or maybe longer. During this time the council requires that the Advantage system is supported and maintained. It is in the council’s opinion that this support and maintenance can only by provided by Capita plc. Therefore to ensure that there is no interruption of service, the Council intends to enter into a further agreement for the support and maintenance with Capita plc until the new system is fully implemented. The Council will not enter into a contract for the support and maintenance before the end of a period of ten days beginning with the day after the date on which this notice is published in the Official Journal.
