Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin requires an independent, robust and commercially informed report on market size, opportunities and market strategy in relation to their new E3 learning Foundry development. The information garnered from this report will supplement the business case. The review should have a strong commercial focus to support and enhance the business case through the approval process and include bench-marking with other Irish, EU and International universities. The final report should meet the requirements of Trinity College Dublin’s stakeholders, Finance Committee & Board and support negotiations with commercial lenders, EIB, Government & HEA requirements. This report will be used to inform key stakeholders of the potential benefits of these investments to support the raising of the required capital to enable the E3 Learning Foundry development, to establish a business case that will be used to obtain approval for the investments and to position the project for success with our core stakeholder community.
