The BBC needs to expand its blended offering of learning around the subject of leadership and personal development. This tender will see the BBC work alongside companies that provide “off the shelf” e-learning material that covers many aspect s of leadership and personal development. The BBC prides itself on delivering quality content to its audience, this tender will follow that mindset. Expectation of the quality of the e-learning will be that the solutions are delivered using current L&D theory to deliver learning objectives in short, engaging solutions. The e-learning must be able to be hosted with the BBC's systems for seamless navigation for the users.
