A 5-year cremator maintenance contract, with a possible one-year extension subject to satisfactory performance. Cremator maintenance contract to provide services which include: — planned maintenance of all relevant equipment, — responsive repairs to all relevant equipment, — the supply of Factivate 20 reagent (or approved equivalent) for the filtration plant, and — the removal — and licensed disposal of — contaminated product after use.
