Tender description

Alliance Homes Group (“AHG") is a community based social housing provider operating in the West of England. We currently own and manage around 6,500 homes and employ 400 staff, have an annual turnover of GBP 38 000 000 and work in partnership with local, regional and national agencies to deliver our services. As well as providing homes that are affordable in terms of rent and running costs, we also provide a range of care and support services to help individuals get the most out of life. This procurement was for the provision of cleaning services and window cleaning. The services covered by this procurement exercise had been subdivided into 3 lots as follows: Lot 1: Cleaning – void properties, communal areas, sheltered schemes, office cleaning; Lot 2: External Window Cleaning; Lot 3: Cleaning of communal and staff areas, and dementia day care centre at Tamar Court extra care housing scheme. Cleaning of approximately 500 void properties per year. Cleaning to approximately 57 communal areas. Office cleaning (currently 12 offices). Window cleaning services to sheltered schemes, general needs blocks and offices. Provision of onsite cleaning service for communal areas in a three storey extra care housing scheme consisting of 65 flats.
