The Authority is inviting quotations from providers to provide care and/or support for the child or young person referred to in the ‘Pen Picture’ which accompanies this document, in line with the relevant service specification for Care and Support Services for Children and Young People. Liverpool City Council intends to spot purchase a package of care and/or support for a specific child or young person. The service is required to assist the child and their family to be able to lead and ordinary life on a day to day basis and to improve outcomes over the short and long term.
