UKGI's key asset is its staff. We are committed to developing staff in order to provide a quality service to Government. Our staff comprises both civil servants and recruits from the private sector with a range of backgrounds in areas including corporate finance, law and accountancy. Ensuring that our staff have a strong grounding in the core corporate finance and corporate governance skills that underpin their work is a priority for the organisation. To facilitate this, we intend to run regular (at least once annually, subject to demand) in-house courses in a range of core corporate finance and corporate governance competencies, and require the services of a Potential Provider/s to provide this.
