Tender description
West Dunbartonshire Council (WDC) is undertaking market research to identify providers that would be capable of meeting the Council’s requirements for catering and bar services at Clydebank Town Hall, Hall Street, Clydebank and to inform the contract strategy. WDC runs events in Clydebank Town Hall from time to time which requires a third party supplier to provide catering and bar services. The venue is also available for booking by the general public for their private functions and the appointed catering and bar service provider would be required to service these events. Requirements typically include: 1) Weddings & Celebrations 2) Award Ceremonies 3) Events & Entertainment 4) Bar Service & Drinks Licence The Council will be looking for a % of income from events at Clydebank Town Hall to be returned to the Council by way of “commission”.
