Coventry University is a forward-looking, modern University with a proud tradition as a provider of high-quality education, service to industry and a focus on applied research. Our main campus is an integral part of Coventry city, having been founded as a college of design nearly 175 years ago. Our portfolio extends to London, Scarborough and further afield, internationally. The University has approximately 25 000 students and just under 3 000 staff across its Coventry campus. These figures do not include staff and students at our satellite sites or the additional footfall we experience during our open days, events and public engagement activities. Our growth strategy includes the development and investment of new and existing buildings. We require a catering service which will evolve with us. This tender opportunity seeks to appoint a catering and hospitality supplier, that will satisfy the expectations of our stakeholders now and into the future. See tender documents.
